What is 3-Axis Milling Machine?

A 3-axis milling machine is a type of computer-controlled machine tool that can move a cutting tool in three different directions along the X, Y, and Z axes to shape and cut material into precise shapes and sizes.

  8. Remove the workpiece: Once the milling process is complete, the workpiece can be removed from the machine. It may be necessary to use a deburring tool to smooth out any rough edges left by the milling process.

  9. Clean the machine: The operator should clean the milling machine to ensure that it is ready for the next use. This may involve wiping down the machine's surfaces, clearing away any debris, and lubricating moving parts as needed.
